Hello my fellow earthlings,



I'm (just like you) Serious about Playfulness and on a mission to invite adults to play more, especially at work. Besides the fact that this brings openness, connectedness, joy and stimulates creativity...play also enhances learning. With my company SteenTrain (Improving Performance Playfully) I design and facilitate playful learning programs around different learning objectives. I was invited to speak at TEDxTallaght in Dublin ("What happens when you press PLAY") and currently I'm teaching Creative Leadership at THNK (School for Creative Leadership) and the Estonian Business School.
